Tone Your Arms
Time to tone your arms, and banish the bingo wings!
Bingo wings, flabby bits, call them what you will. We all have complaints about our arms! Having toned arms and shoulders will make your whole body look better. Stronger arms can give you more
confidence, balance out your body and improve your posture. Extra muscle power in your arms will take the pressure off your back when it comes to lifting your children and carrying shopping bags.
Your arms are easy to tone, by doing the arm exercises below; you can get a toned sleek look - the finishing touch for the new seasons hand bags!
Try the following exercises a few times a week, after 2-3 weeks you will see a difference.
- Stand with feet apart and knees slightly bent. Always breathe in to start and exhale when lifting your arms. Begin the workout without weights and as you slowly build your strength you can begin to use dumbbells (1 - 2.5kg) or bottles of water, or cans of beans!

- Bicep curls: Holding weights in each hand bring your left arm up towards your shoulder, bending your arm at the elbow. Slowly lower your arm and repeat with the right arm. Do at least 20 repetitions on each arm. WORKS: biceps.
