Bare All
Summer is swiftly on it's way and that means that not only do we have to revamp our wardrobes, it's time to rethink the beauty strategy too!
- Begin with a good rub: exfoliate all over your body to remove all the wintry dead skin. Use a store bought exfoliator or mix brown sugar with some honey for a really old fashioned credit crunch style scrub!
- In the shower or bath, use a body brush or natural sponge to gently massage shower gel all over your legs, buttocks and thighs in circular movements to increase circulation and aid your body in eliminating toxins.
- Moisturise inside and outside - make sure you are drinking at least 2 litres of water a day and moisturise your body with a good quality moisturiser morning and evening.
- Step up your cardio workouts - a power walk around the park or on the treadmill, add in some lunges and squats (at least 20 on each leg) and you are well on your way to baring your legs for some summer sun!
