Apple & Blueberry Crumble
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raw organic oats
4 tablespoons Splenda
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 pt. blueberries
Cinnamon to sprinkle
3 Granny Smith apples
3 tablespoons lighter butter
Peel, core and slice up apples into 8-10 slices. Arrange in a circular motion in baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice on apples so they don't change color. Arrange blueberries on top of apples. Mix together flour, oats and splenda, add the butter and crumble all together with hands; put over blueberries. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with plain frozen yoghurt on the side.
